The Senior Performance Consultant (SPC) is responsible for working on projects identified by Entelechy providing training and/or development services. The SPC is responsible for the client interaction portion of some projects and on other projects does more of the “behind the scenes” work. While the SPC works on projects both independently and in conjunction with other Entelechy employees and representatives, the SPC is usually looked to for leadership and direction on projects. The SPC reports to the President. The SPC is able to provide all of the following services and is expert in the industry in most of the following areas:
Business-based needs analysis
Training customization using Entelechy’s modules as a base
Training design/development from scratch (including lecture/lab, experiential activities, job aids, instructor guides, and participant guides)
Evaluation design/development
Training/facilitation
Project management
