The Technical Trainer will coordinate and provide technical training and education to IDEXX personnel, primarily relating to the use of SAP R/3 and other enterprise-wide software applications. Other responsibilities include administration of current and future training tools and programs as well as the support of course selection, registration, training logistics, quality reporting, and project management.

eLearning Curriculum Developer

The eLearning Curriculum Developer works directly with the IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. Information Technology (IT) training team and other subject matter experts (SME) to create and deliver web-based learning. The eLearning Developer, defines, builds, and maintains an on-line curriculum of courses that meet business needs.
This position involves all aspects of on-line course development including: content design, development, testing, and implementation. The eLearning Developer supports the learning goals of the organization by developing and delivering eLearning training solutions primarily focusing on asynchronous content development. This position is one deep; candidate must have a broad enough skill set to be able to work autonomously.

Performance Consultant

The Performance Consultant (PC) is responsible for working on projects identified by Entelechy providing training and/or development services. The PC is responsible for the client interaction portion of some projects and on other projects does more of the “behind the scenes” work. The PC works on projects both independently and in conjunction with other Entelechy employees and representatives. The PC reports to the President. The PC is able to provide all of the following services and is expert in the industry in at least one of the following areas:


Business-based needs analysis
Training customization using Entelechy’s modules as a base
Training design/development from scratch (including lecture/lab, experiential activities, job aids, instructor guides, and participant guides)
Evaluation design/development
Training delivery/facilitation

Instructional Designer/Aspen Dental

Work collaboratively with the training department, operations and support center Associates and Management on the need, design, development, implementation and evaluation of identified business learning initiatives. Identify and interpret business and client needs. Produce programs and materials that will have maximum business and learning impact. Develop engaging, intuitive, informative and challenging learning materials and programs using sound instructional design principles. Continually explore new technologies for potential application to Associate and Management learning and instructional challenges. Maintain materials and programs on a regular basis.
