eLearning Curriculum Developer
The eLearning Curriculum Developer works directly with the IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. Information Technology (IT) training team and other subject matter experts (SME) to create and deliver web-based learning. The eLearning Developer, defines, builds, and maintains an on-line curriculum of courses that meet business needs.
This position involves all aspects of on-line course development including: content design, development, testing, and implementation. The eLearning Developer supports the learning goals of the organization by developing and delivering eLearning training solutions primarily focusing on asynchronous content development. Performance Consultant
The Performance Consultant (PC) is responsible for working on projects identified by Entelechy providing training and/or development services. The PC is responsible for the client interaction portion of some projects and on other projects does more of the “behind the scenes” work. The PC works on projects both independently and in conjunction with other Entelechy employees and representatives. The PC reports to the President. The PC is able to provide all of the following services and is expert in the industry in at least one of the following areas:
